Irish old fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ide & Stills Irish whiskey
- 3/4 ounce Benedictine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: orange twist
Method
- Add the whiskey, Benedictine and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
