Irish blonde
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ide & Stills Irish whiskey
- 3/4 ounce orange curaçao
- 1/4 ounce La Ina fino sherry
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Garnish: flamed orange peel
Method
- Add the blended Irish whiskey, orange curaçao, fino sherry and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
